How it works
- You start at 135 lb.
- Tap, click or press space when the needle is in the gold zone.
- Each clean lift adds 10 lb. The zone shrinks and the needle speeds up, up to a point.
- You get 5 seconds per lift. Wait too long and the bar starts shaking, then drops.
- Miss once and the set is over. Your heaviest lift is your PR.
Max OutRisk your points and start the lift. The multiplier climbs until the lift fails. Rack it before that and you win what you risked times the multiplier.
Points are free and worth nothing outside this game. They can't be bought, sold or traded for anything. Top of the board gets bragging rights.

How it works
- You start with 100 points. Every day at midnight ET you get 100 more, on top of whatever you kept.
- Pick how much to risk and hit Lift (or press space). The multiplier starts at 1.00x and climbs.
- Hit Rack it before the lift fails to win what you risked times the multiplier. Wait too long and you lose it.
- Nobody knows where it fails. Sometimes it's 1.2x, sometimes it's 50x.
- Lose all your points and you're out until tomorrow's 100.
- Leaving or refreshing mid-lift counts as a failed lift.
Dead StopStart the clock and stop it at exactly 5.00 seconds. The clock disappears after a second, so you're counting in your head.

- Closest to 5.00 wins. Under 0.010 off is a dead stop.

The rules
Respect is the price of entry.
- Anything racist, discriminatory, hateful or harassing gets you removed.
- So does stirring up controversy for its own sake, or going out of line with other members.
- Removal is a lifetime ban. You can't re-enter, even by winning a future contest.
- No warnings. No exceptions. No appeals. The final call is Matt's alone.
